We are open and here for you!

Dear patients and parents.

Following the recent news about further lockdown restrictions from Monday, 5th January 2021 we can confirm that Toothbeary will remain open.

We will see all patients for their routine examinations and oral hygiene but continue to prioritise those who are in pain and may need urgent care. If your child is in pain or needs an exam please do not hesitate to contact us on 0208 831 6870 or by email to info@toothbeary.co.uk to arrange for an appointment.

Toothbeary's commitment to your safety has been and always will remain our top priority and as always we continue to follow strict cross-infection protocols.

  • All staff members will undergo a weekly Covid 19 Antigen Rapid Response Test
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients
  • Please attend an appointment with only one parent or legal guardian. Please do not bring additional family members/sibling
  • Additional screening will be necessary prior to the appointment and on arrival. We will measure the temperature of all patients and accompanying adults entering the practice and a health questionnaire will need to be completed
  • Everyone entering the building will be requested to apply hand sanitizer and wear a facial mask. If you arrive without your own mask we will provide one at reception
  • Our staff will be wearing additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Please tell your child we will be wearing a 'fancy dress'. You can use the pictures from our patient journey to prepare your child
  • Payment should be made by card whenever possible
  • Please contact us immediately if you show any COVID-19 symptoms or have been tested positive within 10 days following an appointment

Most importantly if you have booked an appointment and you or anyone at home start to display any COVID-19 symptoms or have been contacted by the test & trace app please let us know as soon as you can; follow the government guidelines around self-isolation and do not attend the appointment.

We look forward to seeing you and continuing your dental care.

Best wishes
Nicole Sturzenbaum
