WHEN IS IT WISE TO TAKE RADIOGRAPHS?
1. New patients
An overall view of the growth, development and abnormalities of the dental structures when deemed advantageous.
2. Caries prone children, a detailed picture.
Maximally twice a year, as deemed appropriate by the dentist.
3. When the interproximal teeth surfaces are not clearly visible for inspection of caries.
Once a year, as deemed appropriate by the dentist.
