my child does not like vegetables??!!
Perhaps you, as so many other parents, experience concern about your children's negative attitude concerning vegetables and fruits. It is an indisputable fact that children need nutrients from fruits and vegetables. As a parent we must take the initiative to find out which way the vegetables would interest our child so that they come to tastes with vegetables. In addition you could also chop the vegetables into small pieces and cook them in soups, sauces, or hiding in other dishes. Fruit can be cut into cubes and mixed in salads which help them overcome their senseless fear. As adults we are the "role models". By observing us, the children learn ground principles and if we eat vegetables and fruits it can become a habit for them to do so as well.
if your child sneak away chewing on sweets you should ...
... ask yourself, why does a child like sweet treats? Do you enjoy sweets as much as they do?? What fills your refridgerator? What about your eating and cooking habits? In setting a good example place a bowl of fruit on your table instead of cookies but beware not to ban sweets as this makes them forbidden thus interesting. Feed your children less sugar in general.
